About Our Services

Lonestar Elite Services provides lawn mowing and lawn care, residential and commercial junk removal, and concrete power washing to customers in the DFW Metroplex, generally within about 20 miles of Euless, Texas. Availability, service area, and scope of work may change, and we may decline or discontinue any job at our discretion.

Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only — to learn about our services, request an estimate, schedule work, and make payments. You agree not to interfere with the site's operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use the site to send unsolicited communications. Website content, including text, photos, logos, and branding, is owned by Lonestar Elite Services and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Estimates and Quotes

Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information you give us and, where applicable, on-site inspection. An estimate is not a final bill. Pricing may change if the actual conditions differ from what was described — for example, larger lot size, additional or heavier junk items, hazardous or prohibited materials, difficult access, or extra square footage of concrete. We will notify you of any material price change before performing the additional work. Unless stated otherwise, estimates are valid for 30 days.

Scheduling, Access, and Cancellations

• Appointment times are estimated arrival windows and may shift due to weather, equipment issues, or the length of prior jobs. We will keep you updated.
• You are responsible for providing safe access to the work area, including gate codes, parking, and removing vehicles, pets, or personal property from the area to be serviced.
• Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated same-day cancellations or lockouts may result in a trip charge.
• We may reschedule service for severe weather, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Junk Removal — Prohibited Items

We cannot remove hazardous or restricted materials, including but not limited to chemicals, paint, solvents, asbestos, fuels, oils, medical or biohazard waste, ammunition, or explosives. Once items are loaded and removed, disposal is final and items cannot be returned. Please confirm that nothing of value is included in the load before we haul it away.

Property Condition and Liability

We take care with your property and carry out work in a professional manner. You agree to point out sprinkler heads, invisible fencing, low-hanging lines, loose pavers, delicate landscaping, fragile surfaces, and any pre-existing damage before work begins. Lonestar Elite Services is not responsible for damage arising from hidden or undisclosed conditions, pre-existing damage, or normal results of the requested service. Power washing may reveal existing staining, wear, or discoloration in concrete; results vary by surface age and condition.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods shown on our website and invoices, including secure online card payment. Recurring lawn service is billed per visit or on the schedule described in your service agreement. Past-due balances may pause future service. Chargebacks or disputes should be raised with us first so we can resolve the issue directly.

Satisfaction and Issues

If something about a completed job is not right, contact us within 48 hours and we will work with you to correct it. Our responsibility is limited to re-performing the affected portion of the service or refunding the amount paid for that portion, at our discretion.

How you opt in

You opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages — through a form on our website, in writing, or verbally when you request an estimate or schedule service. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

Opting out and support

After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop texting that number. You can rejoin at any time by contacting us and opting in again. Replying HELP returns our business name and contact information.

Carriers, delivery, and privacy

Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties
